We specialise in the design and construction of first floor and ground floor home extensions.
As home addition builders, we work with you from the design stage right through to construction, helping you implement your own ideas and styles with over 30 years of building knowledge and experience.
When you book in for an obligation FREE Preliminary site visit, we will send you an Info pack which will provide you with our story and more information about our company and past projects.
You will then spend time with one of our experienced builders, where you will have personalised and one-on-one time to talk about your home addition.
We will follow you up in a week or two on what you have decided to do and we will provide you with information and guidance from our over 30 years of experience in this industry. If you decide you would like to proceed with a full measure up and quote, we will book a time for you and our experienced builder to visit your home once again but this time to measure up the proposed areas of the addition.

We will present a Preliminary Estimated Budget with a Schedule of Details and General inclusions and exclusions. You will also receive a 3D Imagery and concept plan of your home. You are now able to confidently decide to proceed and visit your bank to obtain Pre-Approval. Upon approval you can then sign the Preliminary Agreement to move into the next stage of architectural drawings, land survey and engineering.
We will present the Firm Quotation of the job cost as well as a scope of works (a detailed description of what we will construct/alter/remove). You will also receive architectural plans of your home with the proposed works completed. If you are happy to proceed with the extension, we will submit documentation for DA/CC or CDC.
Of course, because we have a fixed price costing structure for our Firm Quotations you pay what we quote, because we take into consideration all of the above costs.
